MedVizi accounts are created anonymously without personally identifying information or passwords.

Imaging data that you supply with a signed release is archived offline in a secure location until it is deleted*. Imaging data includes CD's, DVD's and other media we use to encrypt and store files that you supply.

MedVizi™ views are created from your Imaging data, contain no personally-identifying information and are stored until they are deleted*.

Note files that you upload from our apps are stored until they are deleted*. We will delete Note files containing content we deem offensive at our discretion.

When you access our servers from our apps or a browser, we store an anonymous identifier, request parameters, timestamp and IP address in our server logs.

We do not use cookies but may require them in the future.

We use the information we collect to operate and improve our website, apps, and customer support.

We may delete your information at any time and for any reason, such as technical needs, legal concerns, abuse prevention, removal of idle accounts, data loss, or any other reason.

We comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

We never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

By using MedVizi and providing your information, you authorize us to collect, use, and store your information outside of the European Union.
